Simply put, I am well versed in most of the popular music played over the last 50 or so years. I need to be since my parties range from 50th anniversaries to Kids parties. Of course it's not only what songs a DJ has, but when he plays them. I pride myself in my ability to "run the dance floor" - that is to be able to keep the dance floor full even while transitioning from one style of music to another. This is imperative at weddings and corporate events – events that can have a variety of age groups and music tastes.
